Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation Presents Summer Stroll

The Good Life: North Broadway

The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation offers The Good Life: North Broadway on Sunday, August 13th at 10:30 AM led by the Foundation’s Executive Director, Samantha Bosshart. Tour this famed corridor lined with grand Queen Annes built by Saratoga’s most prominent figures such as Fred Cluett, William B. Gage, and Senator Brackett. The tour, sponsored by the Olde Bryan Inn, meets at the northwest corner of North Broadway and Van Dam Street (Witt Construction).

Summer Strolls offered every Sunday through September 3rd are, in part, made possible by our Premiere Summer Sponsors, Druthers Brewing Company and Stewart’s Shops. All Sunday morning tours start at 10:30AM, last approximately 90 minutes, and take place rain or shine. The cost per tour is $5 for SSPF members and $8 for non-members. Guests may buy a ticket for four tours and receive the fifth free. Reservations are encouraged, but not necessary.

Next Sunday, August 20th at 10:30 AM, is Summer Stroll Saratoga & The Civil War at Greenridge led by Gloria May. Hear the “yarns and tales” that are the stories of those who answered President Lincoln’s call to save the Union during the Civil War at Greenridge Cemetery. Tour is sponsored by LaBrake Memorials.
